As the Fairfax County Inventory rose the prices slipped downward.

However the good news is Fairfax County home owners found themselves with an average appreciation of 5.24% over 2012. The sales volume in the county increased 8.67% over 2012. Sellers with realistic price expectation sold their homes for 96.4% of list price.
