The answer is a resounding YES.
In the last year four of my clients buying new construction in Northern Virginia have used a VA home loans. As far as I know there aren’t any new home builders who don’t have a VA home loan option and most of them also offer an incentive to active duty and retired military buyers as well.

There is no reason for a VA home loan process to take any longer than any other loan.

According to the VA, 84% of VA home loan buyers use the no money down option when purchasing a home.The VA home loan benefit is one that an active duty service member and veteran have earned and one you should use when you buy a home.
