Potomac Shores Moves Forward With New Developer

Potomac Shores New Construction UnderwayA representative from SunCal the new developer for Potomac Shores (formerly Harbor Station) called our office today to provide an update on the progress and plans for the new community.

The intial development will include 100 homesites ranging in size between 5,000-9,000 feet. The Potomac Shores development comprises almost 2000 acres of prime Prince William County waterfront.

The long term vision for the community includes a new Virginia Rail Express (VRE) station, a 450 slip marina with direct access to the Potomac River and a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course with 7500 square foot clubhouse.

When completed the community would have up to 3800 residences, a town center with office space, hotel and retail shops to serve the Potomac Shores neighborhood. In addition the neighborhood will eventually have two schools to serve the large community.

Potomac Shores will be located 30 miles south of DC the neighborhood will be a big addition to eastern Prince William County VA. Plans are underway for the first model homes to be open in mid-May.
