Short Sales-Now I Get It

As an agent who works with short sales (representing both buyers & sellers) I understand the frustration that comes with the lack of responsiveness to offers and the often ridiculous counter-offers that arrive from the negotiators.
If this math is accurate it shows how broken the system really is.
