I personally only paid $1500 for some foreclosure program I never actually opened-If I only knew then..... Good advise to do it small and steady initially and **stay the course*** It can take years to get a solid return (espeically in this market) Often you dont get rich quick in real estate but rather could get rich later if you play your cards right and inflation continues..
