One thing to also mention is that all builders have the broker co-op fee (commission) built into the price of the home. If you don&#039;t bring an agent, the builder  will just add that commission to their bottom line profit and in some cases, the builder&#039;s sales rep gets a bonus. Either way, the buyer will NOT get that amount back as a credit no matter how many times they ask.

You&#039;re paying for representation so you might as well have it. Why would you not want it? Remember, the builder&#039;s rep gets their paycheck signed by the builder so that&#039;s where their loyalties are.</description>
