One thing to also mention is that all builders have the broker co-op fee (commission) built into the price of the home. If you don't bring an agent, the builder will just add that commission to their bottom line profit and in some cases, the builder's sales rep gets a bonus. Either way, the buyer will NOT get that amount back as a credit no matter how many times they ask. You're paying for representation so you might as well have it. Why would you not want it?
